RESOLUTION NO. 3889 Passed August 18, 2025 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION BOARD ON OBJECTION CONCERNING THE ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE PLAN OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE BOWLING GREEN CENTRAL BUSINESS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, INC. WHEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board appointed by Resolution No. 3887 adopted August 4, 2025, to hear and determine all objections to the estimated assessments for the implementation of the Plan of Services to be provided by the Bowling Green Central Business Special Improvement District, Inc., has filed its report with this Council as to its determination of the objections; and WHEREAS, Council has reviewed the report and deems it proper in all respects. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: That the report of the Assessment Equalization Board referred to in the preamble of this resolution is hereby approved. SECTION 2: That Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council and any of its committees concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings open to the public, all in compliance with law. SECTION 3: This resolution shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
