PARCEL # P60-300-721403009209 Said premises known as 29530 Gleneagles Road #31-A, Perrysburg, OH 43551 Said premises appraised at Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($213,000.00) and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. Proxy bids may be submitted 14 days in advance of the sale at the website. NOTICE: No employees of the Sheriff’s Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property.
