LEGAL NOTICE The City of Perrysburg, Ohio, is inviting qualified firms to submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) for the following project: UTILITY RATE STUDY The City of Perrysburg is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to conduct a comprehensive Water and Sewer Utility Rate Study. This study will include an analysis of the base water and sewer rates, water and sewer capital expansion charges, potential revenue changes resulting from current negotiations with the Northwest Water and Sewer District, and impacts related to the current Director’s Final Findings and Orders (DFFO) from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA), including potential financial costs impacts from the Final SSSO Elimination Plan. Firms interested in being considered for selection should respond by emailing a pdf copy of the SOQ to the City Engineer at bthomas@ perrysburgoh.gov by 2:00 p.m. on July 31, 2025.
