Notice to Property Owners of Special Assessment On June 2, 2025 the Bowling Green City Council, upon the earlier petition of various property owners within the Bowling Green Central Business Special Improvement District, adopted Resolution No. 3884 declaring it necessary to implement the Plan for Services of the Bowling Green Central Business Special Improvement District, Inc. The Plan for Services, which was approved by the City Council by adoption of Resolution No. 3883 on June 2, 2025, calls for provision of these services to be funded in part by special assessment. An estimate of the cost of performing the Plan of Services, a list of lots and lands to be assessed, along with estimated assessments for each property in the Bowling Green Central Business Special Improvement District, and all other relevant documents are on file at the office of the Clerk of Council, 305 N. Main St, Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402, and available for inspection by any interested person. Detailed information about the amounts to be assessed to each property which you own is available at the Clerk of Council’s office, 419-354-6206, or the Finance Director’s office, 419-354-6209. Any objections to the estimated assessment as to amount or apportionment must be filed, in writing , in the office of the Clerk of Council, 305 N.
