This Court, located at 1 Court House Square, Bowling Green, OH 43402, will have a hearing on the Complaint on day of 2025, at o'clock Am/PM The Complaint for Divorce alleges as follows: 1) Angela Grant (the "Wife"), and Marcus D Shelby (the "Husband"), born April 21, 1985, were married on January 06, 2006, in Bowling Green Ohio (Wood County) and no children were born as issue of the marriage. 2) Husband and Wife are now entirely incompatible. This incompatibility goes to the essence of the marital relationship, making it irreconcilable. In addition, Husband and Wife have lived separately and apart for more than one year. 3) Husband and Wife should therefore be awarded a divorce, and an equitable distribution of property and debt.
