PUBLIC NOTICE The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 8, 2025 at 7:30pm in the Webster Township Hall located at 7381 Sugar Ridge Road. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance request by Ms. Salley Meier concerning Parcel W75-612- 190000006001 located at 21622 Caris Road, Bowling Green, Ohio. Ms. Meier is requesting a variance, to Article XI of The Webster Township Zoning Resolution in regards to the minimum required lot size of three acres to allow the construction of a storage building and future single family dwelling. All concerned parties will be allowed to testify before the Appeals Board and to provide the Board with any exhibits as may be necessary to substantiate all claims.
