Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time June 3, 2025 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at 6035 Finzel Road, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
