City of Bowling Green ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE December 4, 2024 The following items will be discussed at the December 11, 2024 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 305 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on the above date. VARIANCE REQUESTS Matthew Rava, 730 Coleman Avenue, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 10 foot 6 inch by 13 foot 6 inch addition (deck), which would encroach 7 feet into the required 25 foot front yard setback to the east (corner lot). Anthony Wulff (Wulff Homes), on behalf of Pinpoint Properties LLC, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 30 foot by 45 foot one-unit dwelling on a lot, which is 10 feet less than the minimum required lot width of 60 feet at 217 South College Avenue (R-1 Low Density Residential zone).
