Anthony Wulff (Wulff Homes), on behalf of Pinpoint Properties LLC, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 30 foot by 45 foot one-unit dwelling on a lot, which is 10 feet less than the minimum required lot width of 60 feet at 217 South College Avenue (R-1 Low Density Residential zone).
