LEGAL NOTICE The Middleton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The hearing will be held in the Middleton Township administration building located at 21745 N. Dixie Highway Bowling Green, OH 43402. The hearing is requested by Barge Design Solutions for Project Accordion. Barge Design Solutions is asking for a zoning variance to waive the Article X, Section 9 requirement of screening service structures, and they are asking for a second zoning variance to waive the Article V, Section 13 requirement for distinct materiality of the buildings facing a state route for the Project Accordion business development located at Middleton Pike and N Dixie Highway.
