WHEREAS, such judgment orders said manufactured home to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment; NOW, THEREFORE, public notice is hereby given that I, Mark Wasylyshyn, Sheriff of Wood County, Ohio, will sell such manufactured home at public auction, for cash to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgment, including all taxes, charges, penalties, and interest payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney for the delinquent manufactured home tax certificate at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Wood County Courthouse Complex Atrium, in the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, on Thursday, August 14, 2025. If the manufactured home does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on Thursday, August 28, 2025. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IF SAID MANUFACTURED HOME TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION IS SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN DUE TO FAILURE OF DEFENDANT(S) TO PAY SAID TAX THE FEDERAL TAX LIEN MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE. All bidders are advised to check with the Wood County Recorder's Office prior to bidding, in order to determine whether there are any present or potential federal tax liens against the Defendant(s). All bidders are further advised that purchase of the manufactured home does not entitle the purchaser to keep, maintain and/or reside in the manufactured home at its current location. If the mobile home is on a parcel of land then it does not include the parcel of land. This sale is just for the mobile home. All bidders intending to reside in and/or keep the home in the manufactured home park are advised to seek approval from the manufactured home park prior to date of sale.
