EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION A parcel of land in the Southeast quarter (1/4) of Section number twenty-six (26), Town seven (7) North, Range twelve (12) East, in Lake Township, Wood county, Ohio and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the south line of said Section twenty-six (26), which point is two hundred sixty-four and eleven hundredths (264.11) feet west of the intersection of the southwest property line of Pennsylvania Railroad Company and the South line of said Section twenty-six (26); Thence West along the South line of said Section twenty-six (26) a distance of ninety-six and thirty-eight hundredths (96.38) feet; Thence north on line perpendicular to the south line of said Section twenty-six (26), a distance of four hundred eighty-three and thirty-four hundredths (483.34) feet to an iron pipe driven on the southwest property line of The Pennsylvania Railroad company; Thence southeasterly along the southwest property line of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, a distance of one hundred sixty-one and twenty-one hundredths (161.21) feet to an iron pipe; Thence South on a line perpendicular to the south line of said section twenty-six (26) a distance of three hundred fifty-four and twelve hundredths (354.12) feet to the point of beginning, containing nine hundred twenty-six thousandths (0.926) of an acre, more or less, subject to all legal highways.
