LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Denis Pettee, Unknown Occupant and Unknown Spouse of Denis Pettee, if any, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on March 31, 2026, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026CV0219, in the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 132 Hannum Ave, Rossford, OH 43460, Permanent Parcel No. T68-300-800402014000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Dennis Pettee, Unknown Occupant and Unknown Spouse of Denis Pettee, if any are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Denis Pettee, Unknown Occupant and Unknown Spouse of Denis Pettee, if any failed to respond in the allotted time, judgement by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
