NOTICE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE November 5, 2025 The following items will be discussed at the November 12, 2025 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 305 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on the above date. VARIANCE REQUESTS Brandon Flick, 887 West Wooster Street, has requested a variance to allow a 13 foot by 21 foot expansion of the existing legal non-conforming front parking area, which would be in a location that does not conform to Section 150.72 Off-Street Parking. A parking pad is allowed in the side yard or rear yard. New Signs Ohio LLC, on behalf of Jersey Mikes and Wingstop at 1502 East Wooster Street, has requested a variance to allow the refacing of an existing 8 foot by 8 foot pylon sign, which would cause each business to exceed the maximum number of 2 signs allowed per business by 1 sign (currently permitted for 2 walls signs for each business). Robin Veitch, 231 South Prospect Street, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 12 foot x 22 foot accessory structure (car port), which would encroach 3 feet into the required 5 foot setback from the primary structure and 2 feet into the required 5 foot side yard setback to the north.
