NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FY 2026 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL PROGRAM – CITY OF WATERVILLE In accordance with Sections 6.05 and 6.06 of the Waterville Municipal Charter, notice is hereby provided by the City of Waterville of a Public Hearing on the proposed FY 2026 Five-Year Capital Program . The program, as developed by the Municipal Administrator, Finance Director, and staff, is a financial plan utilized to identify capital needs and estimated capital costs for all municipal operations over the next five years. Copies of the proposed FY 2026 Five-Year Capital Program are available for inspection by the public at the Waterville Municipal Building, 25 North Second Street, Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This notice is also available on the city website at www.waterville.org . The Public Hearing will be conducted as part of the regular meeting of the Waterville City Council on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the Waterville Municipal Building, 25 North Second Street, Waterville, Ohio Tiffany L.
