YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you are an owner/lienholder of record on a parcel of real property named in a legal action entitled In the Matter of the Foreclosure of Liens for Delinquent Land Taxes by Action In Rem, Jane Spoerl, Treasurer of Wood County, Ohio, vs. Certain Parcels of Land Encumbered with Delinquent Tax Liens. This action has been assigned Case Number 2026LF0038 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest against real estate located at 25540 East Broadway Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551 EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION Being a parcel of land in the southwest quarter of section 32, Town 7 North, Range 12 East, Lake Township, Wood County, Ohio, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the west quarter post of Section 32; Thence east along the north line of the southwest quarter, section 32, 488.98 feet to a point on the west right of way line of the New York Central Railroad; Thence south along the west right of way line of the New York Central Railroad, 107.55 feet to the center line of Henry Ditch; Thence southwesterly along the center line of Henry Ditch to a point on the west line of the southwest quarter, Section 32; Thence north along the west line of the southwest quarter of Section 32, 336.26 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 2.516 acres of land, more or less.
