Wood County Parcel No. P57-300-740401025000 2026-0011 (variance) Russell Swank, 29558 Glenwood Road, requests variance approval for a 10’5” x 19’ car port installed within a front yard, where accessory structures are not permitted under Article VII, Section B. Accessory Structures and Uses. Property is zoned A-1 Agricultural District. Wood County Parcel No. P57-300-260000047000 2026-0013 (variance) Russell Swank, 29558 Glenwood Road, requests variance approval for a fence exceeding the maximum height permitted within yards established under Article VII, Section J.
