ORDINANCE NO. 9314 Passed October 6, 2025 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A FLUID APPLIED MEMBRANE ROOF AT THE BOWLING GREEN COMMUNITY CENTER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Municipal Administrator is authorized to enter into contracts for the installation of a fluid-applied membrane roof at the Bowling Green Community Center. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
