EMERGENCY CLAUSE ADOPTED 10-6-25 ORDINANCE NO. 9308 as amended by substitution 10-05-25 October 6, 2025 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 150 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, REGARDING ZONING CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN. OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: Certain Sections of Chapter 150 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding zoning code are hereby amended and adopted to read in accordance with the exhibit attached SECTION 2: All remaining portions of Chapter 150 remain unchanged. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
