NOTICE OF ASSESSING ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, adopted Ordinance No. 9305 on August 18, 2025 levying special assessments for the Plan of Services of Bowling Green Central Business Special Improvement District, Inc., and that the assessment against each lot or parcel of land may be paid in cash within thirty (30) days from the date of passage of such ordinance as above mentioned, or if not paid in cash, shall be certified to the City's Finance Director and the County Auditor for collection over five (5) years in semi- annual installments. The assessments levied by such ordinance are now on file and may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of Council by all persons interested therein.
