NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to consider the following: 2026-0090 (variance): Brian Houck, 28635 Tracy Road, requests a variance from the standards in Article VII, Section B, Accessory Structures and Uses , to construct a 30’ x 60’ (1,800 sf) garage/workshop. Article VII.B.2.a.(2) states: "In all residential districts accessory structures shall not cover an area greater than the ground floor area of the principal building (976 sf), or fifteen (15) percent of the lot area, whichever is less." The property is located on the west side of Tracy Road, north of State Route 795, and is zoned R-1 Rural Residential District. Wood County Parcel No. P57-300-360401022000. Said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday , October 20 at 6pm during a regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
