Ordinance No. 9351 Passed May 18, 2026 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING CHAPTER 33 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING, OHIO, REGARDING EMPLOYMENT POLICIES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1: Chapter 33 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, is amended and adopted in accordance with the exhibit attached, all relating to Employment Policies. SECTION 2: This Ordinance serves as a replacement for Chapter 33 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green and supersedes all previous versions and/or sections. SECTION 3 : This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
