The Village of Pemberville is continuing to seek a full-time detailed-oriented Utility Clerk with strong collections to manage utility billing, enforce shutoff policies, and ensure compliance with village ordinances and Ohio state requirements. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2-3 years of collections experience, demonstrates consistent follow-through on delinquent accounts, and is comfortable handling difficult customer conversations. This position requires attendance at BPA meetings and the ability to take accurate meeting minutes. Pay range $18-$21 based on experience.
