PUBLIC NOTICE TROY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING – MARCH 31, 2026 AT 7 PM The Troy Township Zoning Board of Appeals has received a conditional use application requesting a home-based business from Jeremiah Tipping for his residence at 3175 Truman Rd., zoned residential. The ZBA will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear this request. The meeting will be held at the Troy Township Maintenance Building located at 237 Krotzer Ave., Luckey, Ohio 43443. Time will be allotted for public comment.
