Notice of PUBLIC HEARING City of Waterville, Ohio On Monday, July 28, 2025 , beginning at 7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Waterville Municipal Building, 25 N. Second Street, the City of Waterville will conduct a Public Hearing on the following request: • A Zoning Change from Agricultural (A-1) to Mixed Use Business District (C-4) and a Conditional Use Permit Application for a Commercial Truck Fueling Terminal/ Parking Facility and Convenience Store located at 9055 Waterville-Swanton Road; parcel number 95-00115. Information regarding this hearing is available for review at the Waterville Municipal Building between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
