LEGAL NOTICE Case No. CV 2024CV0551 CITIZENS BANK, NA VS. WILLIAM M. MEHLOW, ET AL. William M. Mehlow, Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/ or Incompetent heirs of William M. Mehlow, Jeannine Saunders, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jeannine Saunders and M. Deane Brand, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 24, 2024. Belmont 1 Condominium Owners' Association filed its Answer, Counterlcaim and Crossclaim in the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Defendant, Belmont 1 Condominium Owners' Association the sum of $12,030.14 in unpaid maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 29530 Gleneagles Road Perrysburg, OH 43551, being permanent parcel #P60-300-721403009209, and further described as being: Belmont I Condominium. Condominium Family Unit Number 31-A, a Condominium in Perrysburg Township. Wood County, Ohio. according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership; its Bylaws and Drawings. filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder. Wood County, Ohio. on February 22, 1974, at 3:25 P.M., and recorded in Volume 504 of Deeds, pages 553 through 592, both inclusive; Volume 504 of Deeds, pages 593 through 622, both inclusive; and Volume 16 of Plats, pages 2 through 12. both inclusive. together with the undivided interest in the common areas and facilities declared in the said Declaration to be appurtenant to such unit. Defendant, Belmont 1 Condominium Owners' Association prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Defendant, Belmont 1 Condominium Owners' Association’s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Defendant, Belmont 1 Condominium Owners' Association’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks.
