ORDINANCE NO. 9267 Passed May 5, 2025 ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADOPTING SECTION 32.07 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, REGARDING REQUESTS FOR AND ESTABLISHING FEES FOR COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: Section 32.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding Requests for and establishing fees for copies of public records is hereby amended and adopted to read in accordance with the exhibit attached. SECTION 2: All remaining portions of Chapters 32 remain unchanged. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
