Notice of Public Meeting The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding a public meeting at the Township Hall, on February 6, 2025, at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to hear comments on an appeal for a variance submitted by Tom and Carol Bateson. The appeal would allow them to live in their current home while building a new home behind it on the same site.. The current structure would be demolished within 30 days of receiving an occupancy permit for the new home. Current Zoning Resolution rules do not allow this to be done, and this rule would cause a hardship for them. The hall is located at 9587 Rudolph Road Rudolph, Ohio 43462 January 18 '25
