Ordinance No. 9382 Passed September 21, 2026 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN, ARCHITECTURAL, CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES, TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS, AND TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A REGIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY»' OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Mayor is authorized to enter into any and all contracts related to the design and construction of the Bowling Green Law Enforcement Education and Training Center. SECTION 2 : This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
