LEGAL NOTICE The City of Perrysburg, Ohio, is inviting qualified firms to submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) for the following project: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR LEAD SERVICE PREDICTIVE MODELING The City of Perrysburg is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services related to lead service line inventory development, data management, and regulatory compliance support. The selected firm will assist the City with improving the accuracy of its water service line material inventory, reducing unknown service line materials, and supporting compliance with applicable Lead and Copper Rule requirements. The anticipated services may include review and validation of existing inventory data, GIS-based updates and quality control, development of representative field investigation recommendations, statistical analysis or predictive modeling, and preparation of documentation needed to support future inventory submissions and regulatory review. The City intends for this RFQ to identify firms with demonstrated experience assisting public water systems with service line inventory programs, GIS and data management, statistical or predictive modeling methods, public communication support, and coordination with state or federal regulatory agencies.
