Ordinance No. 9368 as Amended 9-8-26 Passed September 8, 2026 Public Hearing Scheduled Date: 9-8-26 Time: 6:25 pm Tabled 9-8-26 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN AND THE 2014 LAND USE PLAN FOR APPROXIMATELY 22 ACRES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTH DUNBRIDGE ROAD AND EXPRESSWAY DRIVE, FROM INTERSTATE COMMERCIAL TO INSTITUTIONAL ZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The zoning district map of the City of Bowling Green is hereby amended with respect to approximately 22 acres at the southeast corner of South Dunbridge Road and Expressway Drive (identified as parcel numbers B07-511-210003005000, B07-511-210000022000, and B07-511-210000019000), from Interstate Commerce (1C) to Institutional (I) zoning. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
