Ordinance No. 9363 Passed July 20, 2026 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE UTILITIES DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH POWERSECURE, INC. FOR THE POWERBLOCK VOLTAGE CONVERSION PROJECT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT: SECTION 1: The Utilities Director is authorized to enter into contracts with PowerSecure, Inc. for the PowerBlock voltage conversion project. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
