NOTICE The Village of Grand Rapids Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall located at 24282 Front Street to consider a conditional use variance requested by Jeffrey & Monica Naugle to allow a 20-foot shipping container to remain on 23609 W. River Road as an accessory structure and consider a conditional use variance requested by Alexander Cline to allow a small-scale, home-based motorcycle and small engine repair operation located at 24129 W Second Street. #436 - June 20, 2026
