PUBLICATION OF NOTICE Rule 16, Ohio Rules of Juvenile Procedure Joshua Hoffsis, father of R.H., will take notice that a Motion for Legal Custody has been filed in the Wood County, Ohio, Juvenile Court, as to case number 2026 JZ 0072 . This motion is set for hearing on July 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Wood County Juvenile Court, 1032 South Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, Ohio. Joshua Hoffsis, last known address 215 Napoleon Rd Upper, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 is ordered to appear before the Wood County Juvenile Court on said date and show cause why the complaint’s prayer should not be granted. You are hereby notified that any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request.
