PUBLIC NOTICE SEALED STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS will be accepted by the City of Bowling Green, Ohio for Engineering and Surveying Services on the following project: PID 124897 WOO-SR105-0.47 WOOSTER AND DUNBRIDGE ROUNDABOUT The City of Bowling Green seeks to contract for engineering and surveying services in connection with the above-referenced project. The City intends to enter into a contract with one design firm to perform the necessary surveying, engineering design, right of way acquisition, and geotechnical services to prepare construction drawings and specifications for the project. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services must be ODOT pre-qualified for: - Non-Complex Roadway Design - Limited Right-of-way Plan Development - Limited Highway Lighting - Environmental Document Preparation – C2 - Regulated Materials Review The selected firm may be needed for technical assistance during project construction, however, the City will perform project bidding, construction administration, and observation. This transportation project is funded in part by the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) being administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation. The WOO-SR 105-0.47 WOOSTER AND DUNBRIDGE ROUNDABOUT project consists of replacing the existing cross intersection at Wooster Street and Dunbridge Road with a roundabout. This project also includes an approximately 1,200 linear foot extension of the shared use path from Dunbridge Road to the eastern entrance of Meijer’s parking lot and the installation of approximately 800 linear feet 18” sanitary sewer. A copy of the completed CMAQ Application and other preliminary information for the project is available online at https://www.bgohio.gov/bids.aspx Engineering firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Qualification statements shall contain the information requested on the following Qualification Based Selection Statement Criteria. Any Qualification Statements not including all requested information or not updated upon request will be reason to deem a firm unqualified. 1. Provide a brief history of the firm. Include year established, type of organization and information pertaining to major areas of expertise. 2. Provide resumes for key personnel of the firm that will be involved with this project. Identify the primary key person in your firm to be contacted regarding qualification based selection. 3. List clients and relevant representative projects worked on within the last five years. Provide a brief description and relative size of each project and client contact information. 4. List the firm’s experience with ODOT LPA projects by ODOT District. 5. Provide a copy of current ODOT technical pre-qualification letters (for required prequalifications only). 6 . Provide any further information which may be helpful for the City of Bowling Green to determine the qualifications of the firm. As required by the Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, the City of Bowling Green, Ohio will enter into contract negotiations with the most qualified firm. The selected qualified consultant is required to submit Certificates of Insurance providing professional liability and other insurance coverage acceptable to the City prior to the execution of the contract. Statement of Qualifications shall be limited to a maximum of twenty (20) 8-1/2 X 11 sheets, inclusive of all required information (ODOT pre-qualification letter, resumes, etc.).
