NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Pemberville, Ohio Proposed Designated Outdoor refreshment Area (DORA) Notice is hereby given that the Village of Pemberville Council will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed establishment of a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 4301.82. The public hearing will be held on: April 7, 2026 – 7:00 pm During the regular Village Council Meeting Village of Pemberville Town Hall 115 Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed establishment of a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area within the Village’s downtown district. The proposed DORA would include the following areas: • Front Street from Pine Street to Cedar Street • North along Walnut Street to include the Village public restrooms • South along Water Street to encompass the rear portion of the downtown businesses extending to the Portage River The proposed hours of operation for the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area are: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days per week The exact boundaries of the proposed Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area are illustrated on a map available for public inspection at the Village of Pemberville Town Hall during regular business hours. Following the public hearing, Village Council will proceed with the first reading of an Ordinance establishing the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area.
