PUBLICATION OF NOTICE Rule 16, Ohio Rules of Juvenile Procedure Nicole Starr Zimmerman (aka Jaso, McNutt, Caper, Emerick), mother of M.J., any unknown father of M.J., and Dianna Pederson, prior custodian of M.J. minor child, will take notice that a Motion for Legal Custody has been filed in the Wood County, Ohio, Juvenile Court, as to case number 2023 JC 0999. This motion is set for hearing on April 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Wood County Juvenile Court, 1032 South Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, Ohio. Nicole Starr Zimmerman (aka Jaso, McNutt, Caper, Emerick), last known address: 875 Butler St., Toledo, OH 43605; any unknown father, last address unknown; and Dianna Pederson, last known address: 421 Farnstead Dr., Northwood, OH 43619, are ordered to appear before the Wood County Juvenile Court on said date and show cause why the complaint’s prayer should not be granted. You are hereby notified that any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the court will appoint one upon request.
