LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Civil Rule 4.4(A)(1) IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS PROBATE DIVISION WOOD COUNTY, OHIO In Re: The Matter of Richard F. Szczepinski, Guardian of the Person and Estate of Barbara Kopp, an Adult Incompetent v. Barbara Kopp Case No . 20252038A Judge Woessner All Creditors or Unknown persons located in the State of Ohio with a right to inheritance from the Estate of Barbara Kopp, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 9th day of September, 2026 the Guardian filed a Land Sale Complaint in the Wood County Probate Court, the same being Case No. 20252038A, and seeks to sell Teal Estate owned by the incompetent adult, Barbara Kopp (D.O.B.:01/24/1941). The object of the complaint is to sell the real estate located at 1130 Lewis Street, Rossford, Wood County, Ohio, Lot number fourteen (14) in Lucerne Place, a Subdivision of Part of River Tract number Seventy-seven (77), Town Three (3) United States Reserve, Perrysburg Township, Wood County, Ohio Now i the City of Rossford. You are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three successive weeks. The last publication will be made on September 30, 2026 and the twenty-eight (28) days for answer will commence on that date. In case of your failure to answer of otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you granting the Land Sale. This Legal Notice shall be published once (1) per week for three (3) weeks. As a Creditor of Person with a right to inheritance you are required to serve upon the Plaintiff (Richard F. Szczepinski, Esq. 26016 Detroit Road, Suite 1, Westlake, Ohio 44145) a copy of any Answer to the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the date of the last publication. Said Answer must also be filed with the Wood County Probate Court (1 Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402) within three (3) days after a copy of the Answer has been served upon the Plaintiff's attorney and/or Plaintiff.
