LEGAL NOTICE The City of Perrysburg, Ohio, is inviting qualified firms to submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) for the following project:
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) is seeking Request for Qualification (RFQs) from qualified firms to provide professional services for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Industrial Pretreatment Program. The work is intended to support the CITY’s efforts to protect the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), sanitary sewer collection system, receiving waters, biosolids management practices, and City personnel by establishing technically defensible local limits, updating the City’s Sewer Use Ordinance, and preparing the documentation necessary for Ohio EPA review and approval of the pretreatment program. The CITY intends to select a firm with proven experience. Firms should also demonstrate a thorough understanding of the required documentation, submittals, and regulatory compliance necessary to effectively create and implement an industrial pretreatment program.
