"Anthony Wayne Junior High School Kitchen UV Replacement Project Bid." Bids will be received until 11 a.m., local time September 1, 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
A pre-bid conference will be held on August 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m . at 6035 Finzel Road, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571, located behind the Anthony Wayne Junior High building. Contractors shall use Drive 5 from Finzel Road for access and shall meet at Door 10. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. #550 - August 12, 19, 2026
