PUBLIC NOTICE The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 7, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Webster Township Hall located at 7381 Sugar Ridge Road. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance request by Mr. Doug Busdecker concerning Parcel W75-612-320000010500 located at 5450 Sugar Ridge Road, Pemberville, Ohio. Mr. Busdecker is requesting a variance, to Article XIII of The Webster Township Zoning Resolution in regards to the minimum required pond elevation set-back of fifty feet to allow a pond elevation set-back of forty feet. All concerned parties will be allowed to testify before the Appeals Board and to provide the Board with any exhibits as may be necessary to substantiate all claims.
