R. 4.4., notice is hereby given to Defendant Sarah Kosicki, whose last known address was 480 Lehman Ave Apt 108, Bowling Green, OH 43402, and whose current address is unknown, that on the 21st day of January 2026, the Wood County CSEA filed a Motion to Address Child Support Balance in the Wood County Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, located at 1 Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, OH 43402, in Case No. 2021DS0127. The motion alleges overpayment in child support and/or cash medical support made by Plaintiff, Kyle Kosicki, to Defendant, Sarah Kosicki, that accrued prior to the legal custody change. A hearing shall be held on June 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM to determine if the overpayment should be converted into arrears owed by Defendant to Plaintiff. Defendant shall be required to attend said hearing. This Notice shall be published in the Sentinel Tribune at least once a week for six consecutive weeks.
