LEGAL NOTICE The City of Perrysburg, Ohio, is inviting qualified firms to submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) for the following project:
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES FOR WOO SR 25-21.28 W BOUNDARY MUP (PID 117684) The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) wishes to enhance safety for pedestrians and bicyclists by adding a multi-use path on Dixie Highway (SR 25) and West Boundary Street from the end of the existing path, on the north side of the diverging diamond north to Indiana Avenue. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide construction inspection services needed to construct the multi-use path. The intent is to select a firm that will provide construction inspection services on the City’s behalf. This is a Local-let project with federal grant dollars involved so all firms submitting qualification packages shall be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for Construction Management and shall demonstrate that they are familiar with all forms, submittals, policies, etc. that will be needed to inspect the project.
