PUBLIC NOTICE
The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a
public hearing on January 15, 2026 at 7:00pm
in the Webster Township Hall located at 7381 Sugar Ridge Road. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance request by Mr. Jacob Rogers concerning Parcel W75-611-220000007000 located at 21740 Carter Road, Bowling Green, Ohio. Mr. Rogers is requesting a variance, to Article XI of The Webster Township Zoning Resolution in regards to the minimum required side yard area of twenty-five feet to allow the construction of an accessory building resulting in a side yard area of fifteen feet. All concerned parties will be allowed to testify before the Appeals Board and to provide the Board with any exhibits as may be necessary to substantiate all claims.
