RESOLUTION NO. 3896 Passed December 15, 2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A RENEWAL OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE WOOD COUNTY PUBLIC DEFENDER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT:
SECTION 1:
The Municipal Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a renewal of the agreement for 2026 with the Wood County Public Defender in accordance with the Agreement on file in the office of the Municipal Administrator.
SECTION 2
