ORDINANCE NO. 9327 Passed December 15, 2025 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR TO TRADE-IN, SELL OUTRIGHT OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF EQUIPMENT NO LONGER NEEDED FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, OHIO THAT:
SECTION 1
: The Municipal Administrator is authorized to trade-in, sell outright otherwise dispose of equipment no longer needed for municipal purposes per exhibit attached.
SECTION 2:
