NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED FY2026 ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS - CITY OF WATERVILLE Notice is hereby provided of a Public Hearing by the Waterville City Council on the proposed FY2026 Annual Appropriations in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.04 of the Waterville Municipal Charter. The proposed FY2026 Annual Appropriations is a complete financial plan for all City Funds including General, Dedicated, Capital, Debt, Enterprise, Agency Funds, Transfers, Advances and Activities for all municipal operations during the 2026 calendar year.
Copies of the proposed FY2026 Annual Appropriations document and the enabling legislation relative to the proposed budget are available for inspection by the public at the Waterville Municipal Building, 25 North Second Street, Waterville, Ohio, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This notice is also available on the city website at
